Pleasant place with decent staff and exceptional views. Brand-new room, comfy beds and gorgeous bathroom. Really quiet area, central location very close to Wall Street and south ferry.

Staff were lovely, the location was unbeatable, the bed was large. Everything was excellent during our stay though disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom. Within walking distance of Bowling Green metro station, some 10 minutes walk. Simple check-in, late check-out. We had a relaxing stay at this HIP NEW and incredibly beautiful hotel.

Battery park and other tourist spots were so close to this hotel. 200 metres away from the venue there is Starbucks, which is a good dining choice.
